Triad Appraisals is completely incompetent at there job, I've built houses for over 25 years and the appraisal done by Colin was ridiculously low, comparing our 5 bed 4.5 bath house to 3 bedroom homes when ours has 2 kitchens and a pool. All newly refurbished and 2000 ft built on. Colin says our house was over built and after comparing our house to houses that were all over 156.00 per square foot, appraised ours at 80.00 per foot. The appraiser from Triad Appraisals, Colin Stainback, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area in which we live. He answers all of our questions and we were pleased with the appraisal.

What a joke! Collin Stainback came to our appraisal very unprepared and with a chip on his shoulder. The comments he made about the home we are purchasing were very unprofessional and his lack of knowledge, bad attitude and unwillingness to educate himself on the area and property have caused us more time and money than expected.
