If this is the same group that operates a same name clinic in High Point I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Extremely rude employees with schedulers who have no concept of triage. Referred there by the HPR ER.....told us they had to " establish" a "new patient" relationship. With someone who cannot even stand or walk? I was told to take my husband back to the ER if he was " that bad". What a disgraceful joke.
The nursing staff and Dr. Gardener are great. The facility needs to be cleaned better than what I see. Walls and doors look very disgusting. It's not hard to get a wet cloth with bleach and wipe them down. I will do it if need be. A doctor's office should not look this bad. The wait is also too long. 3:30pm appt and still waiting on the doctor to come see my daughter.
