Most of my life I have been figuring out my own back pain. In my 20s I had so much of it I would black out and fall to the ground. After 5 year of never giving up I got out of that cycle of pain. I had been struggling for a few weeks with sciatic nerve pain that was getting worse each day. I booked an appointment and after our consultation Alex went straight to work. By far - this was the best money I ever spent and the best therapeutic massage I ever received. I left feeling 100% better. He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. I look forward to booking another appointment soon.
Alec is extremely talented and has an excellent understanding of body mechanics. He works with you and your body to progress towards your goals. This is not your lay down and be quiet massage, it's getting into your body and connecting to it and understanding it better. My body feels lighter after each session. I also feel more connected to my body.
He understands incredibly how the body works. Made a purposeful effort to understand the issues my body was having and hiding before we started, and then worked with me to start moving forward. He cares about the body, and not just getting a client in. I left feeling so much relief. 10/10 recommend
Super knowledgeable. I went in there with both shoulders hurting. He walked me through the whole process of what the body is doing. Just a few sessions and I’m back to normal. Highly HIGHLY recommend coming here.
