We have been using AIM(Tri Tech) for 5 years, the support staff is outstanding anytime we need help with any issue. The system has more options than we will ever need, but is nice to know we have options if we expand business

AIM... Here's the deal. We are about 3 months into using AIM. AIM is an exceptional system with extraordinary support staff. "Never Ending Features" The system has more features than I may ever use. It has taken me a couple months to realize I don't need to know it all. I have gotten good with the features and tools that are paramount to me and my business. After months of research we found the best. Very customizable for what you do. We are a vacuum shop. People are great to work with and remember who you are (NORM!!!)
