All of the representatives provide great customer service, however I would like to give a special shoutout to Grant! He has an outstanding knowledge base and is will always painlessly resolve any issue.
AIM is a crazy program that does more than we can take advantage of. The best part of the software is the help staff and their willingness to help me find a solution to a problem that we are having. Staff like Rebecca, Grant, and TJ have found solutions for many problems that I have had. It is great to talk to real people and have them care about finding a solution.
We have been using AIM(Tri Tech) for 5 years, the support staff is outstanding anytime we need help with any issue. The system has more options than we will ever need, but is nice to know we have options if we expand business

AIM... Here's the deal. We are about 3 months into using AIM. AIM is an exceptional system with extraordinary support staff. "Never Ending Features" The system has more features than I may ever use. It has taken me a couple months to realize I don't need to know it all. I have gotten good with the features and tools that are paramount to me and my business.
