I wish this company had solo positions, say you have to get a partner because they haul explosives, which idk why they can't just leave those loads to the team drivers & not make people who want to be solo get a partner, I don't want to drive with a random stranger in my truck if I'm an o/o

Me and my wife has been working for and with are knew family tri state for months and in that time it's become clear to us that we are no longer orphans in our search for a career family. Our current DM cadence is awesome, caring and serious like everyone else there. Great company to work for. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from. Just do your job and you’re treated with respect. I have no complaints. Pay, benefits, equipment, staff all excellent. The terminals are beautiful and make you feel right at home. I love it here!

Yet another one of your “elite drivers” causing issues in Duenweg today. 6/30/2025 around 6:20 pm. Placarded hazmat load. Driver took a simple left out of your terminal driveway and put it straight in the ditch. Had to back up twice to figure out how to make an actual left-hand turn to leave your terminal. Your definition and literally everyone else’s definition of “elite drivers” are wildly different. Sadly, I see this sort of poor driving weekly since I drive past here twice a day going to and from work.
