Very disappointed!! The appointment was made via my insurance provider. I was on the phone with my insurance provider while they spoke with a Carolyn there to make and confirm my appointment. I get there and they have no appointment for me. Told me it was never confirmed. I show them the text messages confirming the appointment and the reminders. Service is ok, but very disappointed in my hearing aids. Would never by that brand again. Only place I've never received I 45 day trial. Very disappointing!
