Always excellent professional customer service by all employees via phone and in person. Extremely helpful with doing remote diagnosing to get us up and printing again.

The staff at Tri-State Business Machines have always been helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. When we call for any service, they are here within hours. They show you how to set up your new equipment in a way that is helpful and easy to follow. I would recommend this company to anyone!
We have used these guys for years and they have been nothing but wonderful! They try to help us in any way possible. They always have things at my business in a timely manner and if I tell them I need it ASAP they have someone out here right away! They are always nice on the phone and their technician is timely and thorough.
