Refuses to validate the 13$ debt I supposedly owe
These people are a scam they are not legit, they will steal from you. Don't trust them contact a lawyer first.
Tried to get help because they want me to pay $27 for a time that I used my easy pay card, but the transaction was already made. Called them and got hung up on.
I have been trying to get a receipt for a debt I paid for over 4 months. They have said they mailed it 4 different times, and have my correct address. I have not received and they will not email. Yes, this is in 2024. I am beginning to think I have been scammed by this company posing as a debt collector.
