I didn't like that there are no prices on the shoes. It's a guessing game in there. You walk in wanting to look at shoes. Then you literally have to ask the price of every shoe you like. I was looking at On Clouds and I just wanted to know. And I literally had new On Clouds on my feet. Just wanted to buy a different color. But it's annoying to me to have to ask about the price on everything. I was about to buy another pair today. But it's all good. Backpack was much more helpful and they had clear prices.
