Great Location for our downtown community. Excellent service, they care about their customers.
This bank sucks I can't pay my car payment at the service center, I can't setup direct deposit because of the days I get paid, I can't pay on the principle of my loan, no one answers the phone but will call if I'm late. I have switched banks and I have none of these issues.
Hard to get someone to answer phone. Absolutely ridiculous!

I joined Tri-Rivers in 2005. I have only received the best service! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I regularly mess up my checking account, forget my online password, or need other assistance. When I do, Tri-Rivers fixes me up. I don't know why anyone would want to use an impersonal "big box" bank when they can get such great banking at Tri-Rivers where people actually know your name!
The customer service is horrible. You can't get anyone on the phone when you call and when you do the they talk to you any kind of way, they transfer you a thousand times and they charge you for everything. My issue was I couldn't get my account to setup online so I called in well that was no help at all. Looking for a new credit union ASAP.
Love my credit union! Always treated with courtesy. Very nice staff.
