I had been experiencing little sleep and all day headaches as side effects of a medication and reached out to Phyllis at Tri Resonance. After a session of sound therapy and reiki, my symptoms were at or very near zero. I had experienced reiki 18 years ago when I was going through chemo, and I am so glad to have found Tri Resonance and Phyllis. She also does community sound therapy and meditation so check out her website! I highly recommend Tri Resonance 💜😊

Phyllis is an amazing healer! I have done private reiki session with singing bowls. It’s the most amazing 1 1/2 hrs. I now go every other week to help maintain an inner peace.
