If a negative amount of stars were only possible, that's what I would give Tri-Parish! First of all, they are supplying patients with out-of-date durable medical equipment, and then once you call them to see about getting it fixed, especially because it had a 5-year warranty, you get met with nothing short of chaos! They didn't run my son's bill through insurance and sent me a bill. After several months of them saying they would run it through insurance they still sent more bills. I went in the store in person and paid the bill in full just for them to send me another bill 6 months later saying I still owe them the original amount. I have the receipt where I paid the bill in full (even though he has ALWAYS had insurance) and now they won't answer the phone to try to have it corrected.
