I've only been a resident of Tri Court for one week. I should also mentioned, the last time I lived in an apartment like dwelling was in 1977. Even with my short tenure, I'm finding this community relaxing and pleasant. I believe I'm going to like it here. I had a couple issues that needed to be addressed during move-in. Without hesitation maintenance was on it. I'm so impressed with their response time.
Really bad. Most everyone regrets that they moved in. Bed bugs for decades, turned off ventilation in bldg. Stinks and mold. They try to cover up the bad air, with Fisk air fresheners everywhere. ( Can google the health effects of Fisk air fresheners with asthma and other chronic diseases and reactions in seniors) The ventilation system being off puts all us seniors at risk of Covid, etc. Some people here are vaccine denier's.Some cannot take the vaccines for other health reasons.It only will take 1 person to spread germs th... read more
