I've had Tri county wireless for about 5 years. It's never been good but it was still better and cheaper than Hughes net that I had before it, which isn't saying much. It cuts out all the time whether it's raining and windy or a calm sunny day. Their customer service is abysmal and if you have problems and try to get any support they won't answer your calls or respond to the online help ticket submissions on their website. Probably the worst service on the planet upgraded to a premium package service got worse. I don’t recommend this service to anyone I can’t even give it a one star they don’t deserve that . Such a ripoff company for what they charge you
Absolute garbage customer service. I would not utilize this company for free just based on the customer service alone. Go elsewhere.
