Have had so many issues in the past and present with bullying, physically and verbal going on right in front of the drivers which I get it, you have to focus on the road but tell these kids to sit down and be quiet, report the bullying, just do something! Why let this happen every single day! and stay quiet about it?

This bus company has got some serious problems with their substitute drivers... with their timing, with their communication skills and their over all safety of our kids. If we had ANY other choice of transportation I'd take it. Horse and buggy would be a safer alternative then tri county transportation.

Drivers are AWFUL I watched my daughters bus driver [with kids on her bus she was about to pick mine up] back so hard into a telephone pole so hard the pole MOVED and you heard it it was loud! She then acted like it never happened picked my kid up and left. I called and complained and told them because that's unsafe, they said OK and hung up, bus driver is still driving our kids! Also don't care about kids because instead of stopping at my house which they pass mind you to pick my daughter up they make us walk a block to a b... read more

Very friendly and polite everytime I call, have never had any issues with the bus drivers. Everytime there's a suspected delay bringing my children home or picking them up, they try to notify by phone prior.
