First off, I do appreciate the IDEA of this resource. However, it took my case manager 3 days consistently to schedule my ride.. (i was present during the initial phonecall so i know she gave the correct address, repeated it correctly 3-4 more times, and even spelled it out letter for letter) the guy who scheduled my ride did state he was very new at the job and it showed, although friendly, STILL entered my address into their systems wrong.. and by the time I finally got ahold of them and got picked up I was already 20 mins... read more
Not happy right now. Bus drove by my fiancé and 9 year old son while she was standing outside of Coos County Family Dentist on Main St. Berlin, even though she was flagging them down. Tried calling dispatch several times to no avail. Left messages and did not get a call back either.
What a friendly place and the people are so cool 😎
