Whiney was fantastic !
My wife and I purchased a car out of state and needed to get it registered, etc. We had the title and were concerned that the process could turn into a nightmare, however, Courtney walked us through the process and everything went great, a pleasant surprise! Thank you, Tri County tag, and especially Courtney for helping get our car registered and titled!
Whitney, who took care of my wife Linda and me, was such a pleasure to work with. She was helpful, cheerful and patient and made the whole experience enjoyable.
good place to get registration renewed I have to say, I forgot I had to renew registration every year here in PA but these guys were calm, cool, and collected when I went in there and was a complete wreck. Easy to access out on Benner Pike, and no real line to speak of when I went. Friendly, fast service....
Bad Servcice I am not going here anymore. I am sick of the lady behind the counter being SO rude and unhelpful every time I go in there. She has long brown hair and glasses. I have had enough of her. Do NOT go here!
good friends to have when you are confused about something it is a great place to go when you are in a pinch for renewals. I can't blame them if they get upset and rude because people expect them to perform miracles you should know by now what you need for what you are having done. When I go there I am in and out in a matter of minutes,depending on the line and the dumb people that are in front of me.
Tri-County Tag Svc is extremely bad service I was in today and had a simple boat registration. The female employee behind the counter was extremely rude and basically ran me out of there because I didn't have something I needed. I will be taking my buisness somewhere else.
No Raging Customers Please!!!! Love working with Tri-County Tags.. They're patient, and understanding considering some of the idiots that come in there! They've always been very helpful, and I use them regularly for my "fleet" of vehicles. Remember, they're not PennDot, they're small fees and quick customer service makes them a great asset to the community.
