My experience buying bluestone direct from Tri-Counties Quarries was excellent. I highly recommend them. I was originally attracted to them by the very high customer service reviews and comments made by others. The assistance they provide to arrange the direct drop shipment to the job site was unique, and of great value. What a great experience dealing with this company. Being in Ohio and them in NY you’re always cautious of what could go wrong. After the first couple phone calls back and forth I started to realize they’re concern about getting it right with no problems. They had tremendous suggestions of how to choose and be installed. After making our decision and placing the order the follow up was amazing. By the way it all looks great installed. Would I do it again? In a heart beat!
