Staci, Chip and the team at Tri-County Quarries / Bluestone Direct are phenomenal. As a small local DIY customer, they took great pride in working with me to make sure my project plan would work, that each stone was cut the right way, and that everything would fit together exactly as planned. Staci was hugely helpful and worked with us to acquire the exact stone we were searching for; great company!
What a great experience dealing with this company. Being in Ohio and them in NY you’re always cautious of what could go wrong. After the first couple phone calls back and forth I started to realize they’re concern about getting it right with no problems. They had tremendous suggestions of how to choose and be installed. After making our decision and placing the order the follow up was amazing. By the way it all looks great installed. Would I do it again? In a heart beat!
Very good people work here, loading fast and everything very good! Thank you for being good people!
