First I want to say the hearing aids that I picked, work great. The office personnel were great and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone who was interested in hearing aids.
My wife Anita went for a hearing test and was helped by Mark Silver. She needed hearing aids and was walked thru the process and products available by Mark. She found the office to be extremely professional and helpful in every way possible. Both Mark and Jennifer on the front desk are excellent. This office is highly recommended.
The wife and I went for an ear exam from a Direct Mail piece. Both Mark and Jennifer were pleasant from arrival to departure. I needed nothing and the wife was referred to an ENT. We were not sold a product that we didn't need. Call and get an appointment.
The adjustment was just what I needed to hear in crowded areas. Thank you.
