The treatment I have received from both the Ottertail and Wadena Clinics has exceeded by far all of my expectations. The Nurses, Doctors, Receptionists, Lab techs, and Business Office personnel have all been extremely polite and very knowledgeable about what they do. I also want to thank all the volunteers for the job they do and the time they spend.
Thank you for getting my ultrasound test the same time that I was at the clinic. It made some of my concerns less to know what was wrong.
I had an ear infection and was seen at the Ottertail clinic. I had no wait time. The nurse Michelle and Dr Grimes were were very nice and helpful. Very friendly front desk person.
They are efficient, helpful, eager to care for needs and can also be called upon when there are uncertainties.
My visits have been very efficient and communication has been great after visit.
