The staff there are always patient and accomodating. The medical staff are very thorough and make sure they answer all of your questions. Getting an appointment is pretty easy as well. My husband's search for a new Primary Care doctor ended here, with a wait time of only 6 weeks, as opposed to a wait of a year (at least) anywhere else.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience today. I traveled by Lyft to your Johnston location for scheduled blood work and spent approximately $30 on transportation. Upon arrival, I discovered that the laboratory was closed. The building itself was open, and I later learned that the laboratory operates separately and keeps different hours. Be careful using this facility for psychiatric prescriptions and services. Especially MAT, OUD, anxiety meds. If there are any psychiatrists available to start you on prescriptions they probably won't be there long. Your medications will then be handled by whichever Nurse practitioner is available. They will refill prescriptions for years with infrequent urine screenings and appointments. The front staff are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Good luck ever getting someone on the phone, I’m not sure they even have the ringer on. They’re rude and just always unpleasant to deal with.
