On 7/9/2024,my driver, William, was exactly on time for my pick-up. Very pleasant & polite man. Did his best to give me as a comfortable ride as possible through the Potholes of Seattle. Got me to my doctor appointment in plenty of time so I could register and be available for the appointment. William's dispatcher set him to check on me when they felt I was ready. I was, and he took me home safely. I would hope my next transportation is with William and Tri-County. Joanne Ebert, Shoreline, WA.
