i have never had a problem with trico…. so many people up here bank with trico and now have to take the long dangerous ride down to grass valley to bank… its very inconvenient and i cant bear the thought of changing banks after this many years… please reopen trico in truckee california… we need you
Used to have the best customer service ever. Now the guys are gone and some lady is managing it. There's one awesome teller still, but the new management is terrible!

I have been banking with tri counties bank for over 15 years they have always been very helpful in my home town of grass valley. unfortunately when in Truckee for the day I had a door closed in my face because it was 5:59 and they closed at 6. I talked with the manager (Amy) though the glass door needless to say she did not open it. Im very disappointed with the Truckee branch and manager's unwillingness to help a customer that showed up 1 min before closing (watched the door close).
