Most of their employees have worked there for years and know their customers by name and greet them as they enter the bank. I always feel safe and secure banking there.
I tried to get change for $100 bill they said I needed an account, I just tried to turn in rolled change they said I needed an account, I was $6 in the negative in my savings account that I had and I did not know it because I forgot to check my mail and they canceled my account and the ATM took my card. They must not want to keep customers. If I would have got a courtesy phone call I would have kept my account open. I would keep thousands in there. I just so happen to take it all out.
