I tried to cash my payroll check at tri countries today. The power is out so they have the door locked and only let one customer in at a time. But there is no sign on the door as to why it is locked. I called the "call center" ahead of going to make sure they could cash my check without power. After much wasted time and me telling them my check is 300, they can only do 200. Now I have to drive to chico to cash my check.
