I tried to cash my payroll check at tri countries today. The power is out so they have the door locked and only let one customer in at a time. But there is no sign on the door as to why it is locked. I called the "call center" ahead of going to make sure they could cash my check without power. After much wasted time and me telling them my check is 300, they can only do 200. Now I have to drive to chico to cash my check.

I opened an account on April 19th and closed it May 15th. I was denied a debit card due to lack of history on my account. No recent deposits and no direct deposits set up. Well I did not open the account to be used on a regular basis. And this was all told to me by someone who didn't send the letter. Thank you Duane Manier for not returning my call personally since your signature was on the letter. If you want an account for emergency purposes or to keep extra I suggest you go to a different bank
