Tri counties bank loves to play games with customers accounts. They also make up their own rules at different branches. Mangrove is the worst bank in Chico out the Tri Counties banks. I haven’t had problems at east ave or pilsbury branches. From this branch incompetence and inept service I will be taking my elsewhere because if banks start playing games with your money then that bank can’t be trusted!
I LOVE this bank and I have done business with them for many years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and always willing to do what is necessary to serve my needs.
They answered the phone quickly me provided an exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I had a stellar experience on the phone.
