I had the pleasure to work with Dylan Behnke and Crystal O'Brien at the Mangrove branch. I had some challenges with a delicate subject and when I was finally put in touch with these two STARS it was fantastic. They more than met my needs and made it clear on all the paperwork and process. I highly recommend them. Dylan is a banker and Crystal is a manager and together in the same location is a gift . Tri counties bank loves to play games with customers accounts. They also make up their own rules at different branches. Mangrove is the worst bank in Chico out the Tri Counties banks. I haven’t had problems at east ave or pilsbury branches. From this branch incompetence and inept service I will be taking my elsewhere because if banks start playing games with your money then that bank can’t be trusted!
I LOVE this bank and I have done business with them for many years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and always willing to do what is necessary to serve my needs.
