The senior banker Janet seemed hesitant to help me, and only made my situation far more complicated. On note of that she seemed to not understand what I needed help with, even though I myself didn't understand the process of it (the sole reason why I was talking to a banker to begin with). Matter of fact she said she'd call the 1-800 number to give the information I had signed, over to where it needed to go, and guess "WHAT", she didn't. Her mannerism was unwelcoming. Will definitely not go back to this branch. Disappointed.
Good local bank, with good service.
I just want to say that I spoke to a representative at the bank yesterday after a levy was placed on my account for something that was total fraud. I'm pretty sure her name was Janet and she was amazing! She jumped right on my issue and made the first phone call for me and called me back within 10 mins. I really appreciate this kind of customer service as I work in a health care call center and can appreciate this kind of compassion!
