Ive used this company every time i work at my job for many years i barley had any problems in the morning but when i had to use them at night for night out the guy that answers the phone was always rude more then the guy in the morning until this cab company knew my rute and my voice on the phone and where i was going it made everything good the guy on the in the morning was always pleasant sometimes i had to wait but not long but,the past 2 yrs were very uncomfortable by 2 guys and so i try lyft and so far so good and”cheap... read more
Worst company ever in the north shore
I called yesterday for a taxi from Peabody to Beverly, i waited half an hour in the cold, called them back because they never showed up and the guy who answered the phone was super rude and lied straight to my face saying they waited 15 minutes outside honking and they weren't going to help me. First of all, I was outside the entire time.
