Dirty. Understaffed. I'm hoping anyway because that is the only reason why it could be so dirty and patients not getting timely needed care.

Vote YES for a voice and you're union tomorrow! Management may promise you everything but will give you nothing. Judge them by the past broken promises. I am a ICU RN very happy with my 121RN union. Join us brothers and sisters!
