Great Doctors And The Staff Is So Sweet And Nice They Have Great Price ON Frames, Thank You All
the only thing good about this place is the doctor,Nextdoor where you get your glasses was a nightmare.yes I agree that I wasn't able to come and get them when they come back and it took me a few days but my husband just died I lost my house and I don't have a car right now and they were rude to me they would not work with me on the glasses on the frames when they had to make new lenses anyway and I wouldn't the doctor's great but I wouldn't recommend anybody getting glasses there.
Truly a wonderful experience, the customer service was above and beyond, from the exam, all the way to checkout! Thier selection of frames stylish and impressive!
The lense fell out of my glasses. It was the screw of course. So I live near Tri-City Opticians and decided to go there to get a new screw. This has happened in other glasses in the 30 years I’ve been wearing them, so I went to them to get another screw. They said it was free until they saw I didn’t buy them there. Then it was $5! No one has ever charged for this in my 30 yrs of experiences. Then they gave them back dirty.
Great customer service with personalized care. Glasses arrived quickly. Came back in over a year later and they replaced my nose peices and adjusted them for me with ease at no cost. The receptionist was super sweet with my son as well. Would definitely recommend.
