The new Branch manager is professional and patient however there is still an employee that is so disrespectful that she made my baby girl cry a while back so I have no problem waiting in line for another teller or coming back on a different day just not to deal with her. She disrespected me for riding the bus, and some other stuff and my daughter got excited about wanting to save $1,000 and she told her that's not a lot of money and she kept at it being very rude, negative and just flat out nasty.
