they don't replace the ink often enough, , so the receipts are hard to read. they've got this big sheet of plastic, so that the teller cannot hear me very well. I wanted to do two separate transactions, and she gives me a glaring look for what? hope she doesn't have to work that hard. I asked for the balance to be on the receipt, I get back to my car and check and of course there's no balance. if you ask them to hand print the balance on the receipt, it's like you're doing you a big favor. they grunt and pout about it. no th... read more

The customer service is rude they told me they can’t sit and monitor people checking. I think they can do it if they put their minds to it or else you should not be in banking

Sharon the manager here has always been very helpful with any issues or questions. All of the staff are friendly and happy to help too.

I absolutely love the customer service I receive at the location In Brookfield.. Everyone is extremely helpful and wonderful. Especially Monique & Elyse who greets me by name every transaction. I can’t forget about lovely Linda and Superstar Stephanie. Keep being butterflies ladies you are Awesome! The WHOLE TEAM is wonderful just in case I left anyone out. Thanks again.
