The online banking system never updates appropriately, you almost can't even use it. And when you're good customers, who've banked there for 10 years, and never overdraft or have problems, and theirs a mistake ONE time in 10 years, they don't want to take care of it appropriately. Will be switching banks this weekend. Such a shame, especially when this one is close to home.
Whereas this financial institution is extremely convenient for my needs, THEIR BANKING WEBSITE IS TOTAL GARBAGE!!! If you enjoy the convenience of online banking, this is not the bank for you!

Vice President, Connie Wai has no business running a financial institute. She demanded paperwork that made no sense. When I questioned her, she claimed that it was another bank requiring this, but could not come up with a reason why. She became agitated and rude. I hung up and went to another bank.
