Damaged / broke multiple pieces of furniture. Damaged walls and floor during move. Generally very rough with furniture. Price was as quoted.

Top-notch service! The movers were prompt, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. Their rates were very reasonable, too. We did have a small issue during the move, but Kelvin handled it promptly and professionally with excellent customer service. We really appreciated how he took care of everything and made sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use Tri City Movers again!

Living in my apartment for over a month now, and associates from tri city movers, we’re moving someone else in to the apartment that I reside in. Upon getting home from work, I see two workers, unloading their truck that is parked diagonally, taking up not one, but TWO handicap spots. To make matters worse, going inside and rounding the corner to the apartment complex’s elevator, it was completely full of boxes they had been bringing in from the truck. Phenomenal moving experience! Calvin (owner) showed up on time with his team. They quickly called for two more men and broke into two teams to get the inside and outside (plus crawl spaces) into two dedicated trucks. The movers were respectful, courteous and friendly. The cross-town move was done on time and with no problems or concerns! I’d recommend this company again. The absolute smoothest move I’ve ever had!! Well done!!!
