I've bought 2 couches from this store within 9 years. Both visits and purchases were great. My husband hates furniture shopping because of the sales people and how pushy they can be, following you around the store and trying to force you into a sale. However, at Tri City, they give you space to browse but are available if you have any questions. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and honest. Had a queen mattress and box spring on display that was nice. Brought a full size mattress and box spring. And totally different feel then the display. I feel myself sinking in like crazy. And can’t exchange mattress. Almost $700 later. Be careful!
Tri-city furniture is a great place localy , great prices , how ever we recently purchased a sectional from them for our new home for close to $1,000.00 and the quality of this sectional is very poor .. not even a week of use and supports for the seating area broke .. very poorly built .. I know it's not the owners fault . But I hope he doesn't get anymore furniture like this to sell to his customers , as it sets a poor image and reputation for him ..
