The organization has some good quality staff and great clients to work with, however, some of their policies are horrible in my opinion, and a number of their managers are incompetent and uneducated.

Amazing company all around! Great to work for, with outstanding dedication to their clients, being a non-profit company, they truly care about every individual that works for them and clients they service. It is a rarity to see such generosity in so many people in one company.
