Reading the owner’s response to customers problems and complaints tells me a LOT about the business and how I can expect to be treated. Trust me, I will never bring my business to this company!

Derek and Josh are both very knowledgeable,friendly,and my generator is fixed. Derek even answered the phone on a Sunday. However,do understand,their labor rate is $175.00/hr. That's less than many lawyers,yet more expensive than most luxury car dealerships. I was charged 2 hours labor,for a simple govenor and carburetor adjustment on the gas motor. The generator had 2/10 ths. of an hour run time on the hour meter when I picked it up. (12 minutes) So,that means they worked on it 1 hr.,45 minutes,while it was not running. I s... read more

Tri Cities Generator Repair is fabulous! Our whole house generator failed this morning. With the flooding in our region I am sure they are busier than ever, but they still managed to come out and fix our generator same day. They were kind and kept in communication with me throughout the day. Highly recommend this company!
