Great people
Writing people's Debit or Credit Card information down on a piece of paper to carry up front to the machine is beyond unacceptable... I don't know you people from Adam and I am supposed to take your word that you destroyed the piece of paper after you finished entering the information into "the machine up front"?
If i could give 10 stars I would!!! TriCities finance is amazing and we have dealt with the Elizabethton and Bristol branch. The Elizabethton branch is our home branch and rick the manager is absolutely amazing. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased from them and they have always been so nice, polite, work with you on pricing and very understanding.
