Worst bank and people i have ever done business with. You would be better off banking anywhere else. Limited hours ,their online banking is terrible and people are not very friendly with so many options why deal with this mess
Probably the worst institution i have ever banked with. Multiple debit cars hacked, customer service in the Monroeville branch is mediocre at best. There's 1 teller there who is actually pleasant and helpful.
I was completely let down by this credit union. I'm frankly amazed that they are solvent and still in business, and am astounded that they have any 5 star reviews. I was a member from 2020 to late 2022. I had joined because we had moved from Michigan, where I had been a member of DFCU Financial (Dearborn Federal Credit Union) since 1978. DFCU is one of the best credit unions in the country, and this establishment is at the extreme other end of the spectrum. The people there are excellent in their customer service. They are polite and expedite.
This has been my bank my entire adult life. Great loan rates and friendly staff. Have screwed up my transactions a couple times over the years, but overall very positive experience.
