If you love your parents, don't send them to Allen Morgan. The independent living is great as well as assisted, but don't expect the level of care at Allen Morgan. Please look at the reviews and the same issues have been occurring year after year and administration does nothing. We decided to leave after 6 months since our issues weren't addressed. CNAs who were constantly on their phones and even sleeping. There are more assisted living facilities to chose from so why settle for less for people you love?

If you love your parents, don't send them to the manor. The independent and assisted living are worth mentioning but skilled nursing is a joke. Most of the CNAs should be fired. They would be sleeping, obsessive cell phone use and sitting in the dinner room where you couldn't see the alarm if your family member needed help.
