Very unhappy with the service we received. Extremely poor communication & the whole process was difficult on myself & my family, especially trying to organise being FIFO. Had to chase up on multiple occasions & settlement was delayed to say the least. The cherry on top was the refund we were owed & didn't receive it until my partner chased it up. Kim is lovely as a person but the service we received was shocking. Would not recommend to anyone :)
Very unhappy with the "service" we received. Communications were poor and unclear from the start. I had to chase Kim up on multiple occasions (phone calls not returned) and we did not receive any formal documentation until the week prior to settlement! This put alot of undue stress on us and Kim even suggested delaying settlement!
