Rude! Last time he cut me down for nephew not having glasses. Well, hard when I took emergency custody from over 100 miles away. ..but for him do in front nephew was his saving grace. A year later me husband takes him in for eye exam, they said they took our insurance, second insurance...after screening, no they do not!!

They put you on hold to quickly. I know phones are busy but acknowledge the person response first. .
Tried to get a reorder on an existing prescription. Refused me b/c prescription which still works great was 'expired'...said I hadnt been seen in awhile. I told them I had to be seen by another doc b/c they are closed Fridays. Still refused to reorder my existing prescription and couldnt get me in for several weeks. Garbage that they refused to work with me. I wont be back and neither will my 6 other family members.
