Trevor has a gift. I just want to say thank you for sharing your gift, I have been able to find and work with new postures that I have spent years looking for. Every session leaves me feeling like I have new tools to teach myself how to let go of tension and stress, and each session launches me into a new chapter of finding alignment, health, and joy living in my own body.
