There was an error on my daughter’s graduation pictures. I contacted them and informed them about the mistake on my order, they quickly resolved the issue and offered great customer service! No problems whatsoever with getting the assistance I needed.
Bad customer service, very rude and I would not even dare to do business with them again. I don't understand why the schools use them after all the bad reviews. I am going to call the superintendent and express the bad service they have.
