There poor care has cost me everything, due to there poor care and treatment I’ve lost all access to my daughter and am homeless living in a hotel, they also lied about someone coming to see me within a few days it’s the third week and they promo I’d have a place by week 3. But if I don’t agree and play along they just throw me in a mental health hospital where I am also abused

Absolutely awful...I rang today as my daughter is in absolute turmoil. Her father ended his life a few years ago as a direct result of 'lack of care' from Longreach House in Cornwall...and here we go again, the same awful service from Trevellis House. My daughter is seriously mentally ill, Trevellis suggested she joins a 'group meeting'....no 'one to one', no help or support suggested other than the above....she is TOO ILL MENTALLY to join a 'group meeting'....plus your attitude at Trevellis has added to her utter turmoil. My father and I were both seen at Trevillis house. My father was randomly discharged and told he was doing better, a week later he took his own life and I found his body. I referred myself to trevillis house for trauma therapy as i was told it was the only place that would see me. The first appointment i had i was interrupted when explaining my reasoning for referring myself and told they’d already made a plan for me and weren’t interested in my grief or my trauma. Absolutely Disgraceful Service!!!!! Wouldn’t even Give them Half a Star but can’t put in a review with out it weird….do not go here they Made me feel 100 worse! No support No ring backs No visit from crisis team when promised awful service….. was with them 8 years
