Karin is incredibly rude, arrogant and not that smart. Communication was consistently poor, and I found her approach to be dismissive and unprofessional. She was arrogant and unwilling to listen to concerns, or her mistakes which made it difficult to trust her advice. There were several instances where her lack of attention to detail resulted in errors that caused unnecessary delays and complications. Amazing experience, SUPER knowledgeable. Gave her a call about a strange situation and was sooo helpful, I can't wait to use her for all my stuff in the future.
I called this firm regarding my interest in estate planning. Spent 1 minute on the phone with Karin and that's all I could tolerate. Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows, but she was rude and condescending. I hung up on her and took my business elsewhere.
