I've been here at Trevecca towers retirement home tower 1 since 2021 And I find that some of the staff such as Jamie, Shannon, Dante, Armando and Ramon have been very polite and helpful Whenever I needed something. Please give them a raise. Oh and by the way, I love my apartment that I live in but I don't feel very safe at the complex where I live anymore. are
It's nasty I done see urine on the elevators use condums on the elevator trash and blood in stairwell more drug users and dealers than the projects police and ambulance live here not a safe place or clean place to live or to bring family the people in office don't care cause they don't live there and it's not there family members they can't even keep someone to keep the building clean also. Basically corporate slum lords that have found a way to enrich themselves off of LIHTC and pretending to care about the needy. The apartments are extremely barebones, no dishwasher or washer/dryer connections, can only get Comcast unless you want Tmobile 5G wifi which is superior in my opinion. One of the elevators is almost always broken, there are no cleaning staff. They expect the maintenance people to do the cleaning the said missing cleaning people would do so the halls are dirty quite often. Office staff are either not... read more
