Update October 20th, 2025.... HORRIBLE and VERY HAZARDOUS issue with not fixing our elevator for over a week!! This is insane. There are 14 floors in this building....And over 220 DISABLED RESIDENTS, ALL DISABLED OR RETIRED This is a HUD BUILDING! If this were a hospital, I guarantee you that they would have people fixing this extremely HAZARDOUS issue IMMEDIATELY!! What are we supposed to do?? Very bad staff. Daria and Ronald are the worst kind of people. They are incompetent, liars, and very rude. They lack integrity and initiative. I have to call them everyday and still don’t want to solve my problem. I am trying to reach HUD to file a complaint.
I've been here at Trevecca towers retirement home tower 1 since 2021 And I find that some of the staff such as Jamie, Shannon, Dante, Armando and Ramon have been very polite and helpful Whenever I needed something. Please give them a raise. Oh and by the way, I love my apartment that I live in but I don't feel very safe at the complex where I live anymore. are
It's nasty I done see urine on the elevators use condums on the elevator trash and blood in stairwell more drug users and dealers than the projects police and ambulance live here not a safe place or clean place to live or to bring family the people in office don't care cause they don't live there and it's not there family members they can't even keep someone to keep the building clean also.
