I was visiting a friend at this facility recently and the staff seems nice but the food selection for breakfast or lunch is not very good---- bacon or sausage almost every day a meat patty served for lunch so over cooked -not edible ----French fries served on the regular(this person had heart problem) he was lucky to have people bring food --plus nurses are loud at night doors slam, he and another patient called a nurse going down the hall were ignored more than once -- said sleeping at night was a obstacle at times -- he co... read more
Things I have noticed since my loved one started at Trevecca in August up to this point. Hair has not been washed at all. I was told that they don’t know what’s going on with the 1 person who does the clients hair. We are now about to start December. I went to do my loved one’s hair on last Saturday, all personal items were missing from her drawers. Hair grease, combs, adult bibs, rubber bands, snacks, towels, ect.
