The staff appeared to be "mummified". Front desk personnel speaking of their men and "always lying". The printer that prints the visitor ID'S was inoperable and no one seemed to care.
For a facility that identifies itself as Christian, I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience felt quite the opposite. The environment was not always clean, and there were frequent shortages of supplies needed to properly care for residents. Staffing was also inconsistent at times, which impacted the quality of care.
