Miserable experience. I’ve closed with Todd’s office 5 times now and I’m not sure what happened, but this last experience was the final one I will have with them. It took 6 weeks after closing (with plenty of notice) to get the final funds that were due at closing, and not even every dollar. I had to settle for the incorrect amount just to finally finish the deal officially.
