My personal experience working with Tressa was horrible. I was the agent on a deal for a buyer I brought to her, and everything felt fine prior to acceptance, but went downhill immediately after. To start, Tressa became upset with me for allowing the buyer to open on a Friday instead of the next Monday saying we just lost 3 critical days, but then proceeded to change both the loan amount and the down payment assistance amount without notifying me or my client!
